Yves has a proven track record in the corporate world, leading commercial departments for global companies in IT and Telco, such as Hewlett Packard and Proximus.
He decided to switch to the start-up world in 2020, taking on the role of CCO with Pozyx, quickly becoming one of the global market leaders in the industry.
Yves moved to the US with his family and lived in Greenville, South Carolina to lead the new Pozyx Inc. office as President. He built a local team, recruited a local President and moved back to Belgium. That is when he decided to start his own company ‘Onboarding USA', to focus on Specialized Onboarding Solutions in the USA for European companies.
Yves Ghys also holds the official role of Ambassador for Belcham and Upstate Alliance South Carolina.

Serge plunged into the world of international business 15 years ago. Opening new markets and establishing new partnerships is his second nature. Having worked for a big European A&E firm, companies recognize his ability to bring niche products and services to new markets. With Soilite.eu, he manages expert events and business development for several companies throughout Europe.
Serge has a vast network in Europa and South-East Asia and will focus on the development of Onboarding Europe in a first phase and the marketing strategy of all Onboarding clients.
